Aprica is a variety from the CIV breeding program. Its medium yield makes it particularly suitable for commercial production. It produces very uniformly sized, bright, glossy fruits with a beautiful sheen. The fruit grows in a conical shape with very good firmness. Shelf life and fruit firmness are especially excellent. The variety has a high individual fruit weight, making it easy to pick. The plant is robust, with an upright growth habit and high resistance to common leaf and root diseases. Flowering occurs beneath the foliage, providing better protection from late frosts and rain. Herbicide sensitivity should be taken into account during cultivation.
