The everbearing strawberry variety San Andreas originates from California. Its fruits are large, firm, and have an attractive red skin. The strawberry has a good flavor in summer, and the sweetness even increases slightly in autumn. San Andreas has a good shelf life. The harvest period is comparable to the Albion variety, with the main harvest expected in autumn. The plant is robust and not very susceptible to common leaf and root diseases.
